The Prysm Contest (“Contest”) is open to individuals who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must be users of the Prysm app. Void where prohibited by law.
The Contest occurs at various times and on different days, as announced within the Prysm app. Each game’s specific start and end date and time will be published in the app.
To enter, participants must use the Prysm app. Participants can only enter once per game.
Winners are determined based on skill. The specific criteria for winning will be disclosed at the beginning of each game within the app.
Prizes vary by contest and are announced at the start of each game. Winners will know if they are a winner immediately after completing the game.
Winners will be notified immediately within the app upon completion of the game.
Winners must have a PayPal account to claim their prize. Further instructions for prize redemption will be provided within the app.
Participation in the Contest constitutes consent for Prysm to use the winners’ usernames for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Prysm, its parent, subsidiary, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
The Contest is sponsored by Prysm.
Prysm reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Prysm’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Prysm in its sole discretion.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with PayPal or any other social media platforms on which it may be promoted. You understand that you are providing your information to Prysm and not to PayPal.
